In response to raymond post about depression, so i will share a bit how i deal with depression.

• Be satisfy with wat u have now and who u are, dont compare urself to others.
• If things doesnt goes ur way, dont be sad, use Plan B,C,D,E,F
• Write down things that encourage u daily and things that bother u daily.
• go out with frenz, they are the best curer no matter how idiotic they are
• be positive, optimistic. u may think diferent in ur heart, but when u act it out, try to lie to urself u r not.
• pray, read bible, yadaa yadaa
• write down wat u wan to do in the new few months
• learn drawings and guitar (anything that require creativity)
• eat things that is healthy... >_> hate to said this but eat more vege
• exercise
• read self help books
• Environment!!! (if u have a dusty, ugly room, u will get more depress at home.)
• Listen to music that can soften ur heart

Recently i recieve a veli veli veli special christmas present from Sandra Wong Siao San. It is call Daily Beans. It looks like a bottle, with lots of paper containing famous quote for life, so wat i did is, when i am depress, i shake the bottle, and then take a piece of paper out of it. It really encourage me ^_^. Thankssssss

It was 4:43 pm on my laptop screen. hrmmm this time i will do my best to avoid the number 4:44 at all cost, i shall not look at my monitor screen for 2 ~ 3 mins. So i decided to focus my attention to other object. When i turn my head, and to my surprise, my sight focus on the digital clock on my table "4:44"!!!!, i got shock and turn back to my laptop and saw "4:44"!!! Then i quickly turn away from the time to a MSN chat room that is open.... "Last message recieved 4:44...."

It was 4:41pm on my laptop, when my boss call me to go down stairs to get something from the otehr office. I thought this may be a good chance for me to slip away from the number 4:44. I left my office, and the time shows 16:43, then i took a lift down, and reach the other office, and the door shows 16:44, i wasnt really shock as it is not 4:44 directly. So i took the stuff and went back to my office, so juz to be safe, i better go toilet and pee first to waste some time. then I saw the door on my office is already 16:47, yes... i avoided the 4:44!! i walk back to my laptop and... 4:44!!!!

acording to the internet 11:11 and 4:44 is a sign of guardian angel around u. So this morning at 9:++ am, i decided to ask my guardian angel, if u are around, please show me a sign u are around me. I thought it wouldnt happen as it is 9am in the morning. So i look around my desk for number 444. Hrmm no 444 appear.... maybe the guardian angel thingy is fake. Then i look at the clock, 9:44,  i got shock and turn to my digital clock 9:44,  akkkkkkkk teh both clock is 52 seconds apart, to both appear as same time is the chances of 8/60. Fine, at least it is not 444.  whew... then i saw 555111 000575 on the barcode... >_>" <_<" >_<", then i saw an email recieved yesterday that i havent read 5:55pm
